Richard van der Laan

Richard is a software architect with his roots in distributed, object-oriented software development. Over the last years, Richard has been involved in the adoption of new Java technologies (e.g. Jini and OSGi) and the associated changed architectural styles in projects. Based on the concepts behind pervasive services and model-driven architecture (MDA), Richard's current field of expertise lies in the development of product-line architectures for industry-leading companies that are innovating in technology and new customer services. In here, he is closely involved in modeling systems from a multi-disciplinair approach.
