java.lang.ReflectiveOperationException is new in Java 7. My guess is that JBoss is running Java 7, but you are running JConsole on Java 6. Try 7 on both sides.

I am very new to this stuff. I downloaded this code and its working fine. But when i put this code in package structure in java , some problem is raising while calling Initialize(path) method.
